Questioning the Minister on forming a customs union with the EU

A customs union with the EU would supercharge our economy. It’s the quickest way to growth on the table - and with the Bank of England slashing its growth forecast from 1.5% to 0.75% - it’s ever more urgent. Why won’t Labour go there? I pressed the Minister on this in Parliament.
